Ileana Bîrsan graduated from the Philology Faculty in Bucharest and studied film at the University of Zurich. She signed pieces about cinema in publications like TimeOut București, BeWhere!, Dilema Veche, Observator cultural, LaPunkt.ro, TheChronicle.ro. Starting in 2009, she takes part as a lector in different cinema education programs. She is the co-founder of fimikon, a cinema education workshop, and co-founder of DokStation Music Documentary Film Festival. She is a candidate for a doctor degree at CESI in Bucharest and writes movie reviews for Șapte Seri.

Manuel Toledo Otaegui is a Santiago de Chile born, Rotterdam based independent designer and cultural producer. He has worked for institutions, such as TU Delft and the Urban-Think Tank in Zurich and Caracas. Since 2012 he co-organizes the Arqfilmfest in Santiago, Chile, the first architecture film festival of Chile and Latin America. This festival has has now reached its third successful edition, and has grown with each iteration. Following his experiences in Santiago, he founded ArchFilmFest London, which will see its first edition in June 2016.

Dorin Ștefan is one of the most important Romanian architects. In 1990 he founded his own office, D.S.B.A. He is a founding member (since 1996) of the Romanian Architects Assoication. In 2002 he was commissary for Romania at the Architecture Bienalle in Venice, he became a university professor and vice president of the Romanian Architects Order.
