The Oyler House: Richard Neutra’s Desert Retreat

In the year 1959, Richar Oyler, a public clerk from the small town of Lone Pine, California, requests that the well-known architect Richard Neutra build his house. To Oyler’s surprise, Neutra agreed. This was the start to a most unusual friendship which led to the creation of one of the architectural masterpieces of the 20th century.
