First, we will discover a neo-Romanian-style house at the confluence of the Sf. Ecaterina and Flămanda slums that is undergoing restoration. Ienăchiță House, its courtyard and its heritage are opened to the residents, becoming an example of good practices for a correct restoration.
We will find out how the history of the plot is related to the architect Ernest Doneaud and how it is integrated into the urban fabric of the slum. We will find out the history of the Culina-Simotta plot and discover the interior of the house on Aleea Mitropoliei that houses the Madrigal Choir, a house designed by architect Alfred Popper in the interwar period for the limited partner Sascha Silberman Roman.
