This series of feature-length documentary films presents the biography and work of significant figures in the local architectural world, gaining wide public appreciation and contributing to the revival of discussions on the conservation of Timi\u0219oara\u2019s cultural heritage.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-team uagb-team__image-position-left uagb-team__align-left uagb-team__stack-tablet uagb-block-2803ee54\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uagb-team__image-crop-normal\" src=\"https:\/\/urbaneye.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Serban-Tiganas-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" height=\"100\" width=\"100\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><div class=\"uagb-team__content\"><h3 class=\"uagb-team__title\">\u0218erban \u021aig\u0103na\u0219<\/h3><span class=\"uagb-team__prefix\"><\/span><p class=\"uagb-team__desc\">\u0218erban \u021aig\u0103na\u0219 is an architect, trainer, and advocate for his profession. Together with his team at Dico \u0219i \u021aig\u0103na\u0219, he has won multiple awards and completed major projects across the country. He is a university professor and the dean of the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.<br>He has served as the president of the Romanian Order of Architects and has been part of the leadership of the Architects&#8217; Council of Europe and the International Union of Architects.
